Classical lineage. Disciplined instruction.

At the heart of Évara Pilates is a deep commitment to authentic Classical Pilates.

Daja Green is completing her 600-hour Comprehensive Certification through the prestigious Real Pilates Teacher Training Program, founded by internationally respected instructor Alycea Ungaro.

Real Pilates is known for its rigorous, lineage-based training and its unwavering commitment to preserving the original work of Joseph Pilates. Through this distinguished program, Daja is trained in the full classical system — including the precise order, apparatus repertoire, transitions, and traditional methodology without contemporary modification.

Upon completion, she will be recognized as a third-generation Classical Pilates instructor. Alycea Ungaro was trained by a direct protégé of Joseph Pilates, placing Daja within a lineage that traces directly back to the source of the method.

This generational connection reflects more than technical precision. It represents a responsibility to uphold the integrity, discipline, and original intentions of the Pilates system.

The Classical Method

Daja teaches the Pilates method strictly in its classical form, honoring the original order, apparatus system, and traditional transitions without alteration.

Every session is structured, progressive, and intentional.

Rather than trend-driven movement or high-intensity variation, classical Pilates follows a deliberate sequence designed to strengthen the “powerhouse” — the deep abdominal system, back, and hips that support the entire body.

The result is:

  • Strength developed with control

  • Improved alignment and posture

  • Balanced muscular development

  • Lasting structural support

Precision is prioritized over speed. Quality over quantity.

A Personal Foundation

Daja’s path to Pilates is deeply personal.

After a car accident in 2023 left her with lingering back pain despite more than a year of physical therapy, classical Pilates became transformative. Through consistent, structured training, she experienced significant pain reduction, increased strength, and improved alignment.

That experience informs her teaching today.

Her work is grounded in the belief that strength is not simply built — it is restored with discipline and intelligent progression.

Experience & Specialization

Daja has experience teaching:

  • Beginners establishing foundational strength

  • Athletes refining performance and control

  • Older adults seeking improved mobility and balance

  • Clients recovering from injury

Her specialty lies in developing deep core strength and relieving everyday physical discomfort through precise, disciplined movement.

Sessions are challenging yet supportive, structured yet energizing.

Above all, Évara Pilates is designed to be a refined, welcoming environment where strength, alignment, and community coexist.
