Daja Green has completed her Comprehensive Classical Pilates certification through the Real Pilates Teacher Training Program founded by internationally respected instructor Alycea Ungaro.

This rigorous, lineage-based program preserves the original work of Joseph Pilates and emphasizes the traditional order, apparatus system, and disciplined teaching methodology of the classical method.

Through this training, Daja teaches Pilates exactly as it was designed — structured, progressive, and focused on building strength from the center while restoring alignment and control.

Her approach is supportive yet disciplined, creating sessions that challenge the body while helping clients move with greater precision, strength, and confidence.
